MyCantera is operated by Ground Agents Solutions S.L., a company registered in Spain. We provide a club management platform for youth soccer clubs at mycantera.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Club data: Club name, colors, logo, team rosters, match results, and other content you enter into the platform.
• Player data: Player names, dates of birth, positions, jersey numbers, and optional photos uploaded by authorized club staff.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type, and browser — collected automatically for analytics.
• Cookies: Authentication tokens and session cookies required for the platform to function.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the MyCantera platform.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To enable club management features (rosters, matches, communication).
• To generate AI-powered coaching insights when you use AI features.
• To send important service notifications (not marketing, unless you opt in).
• To process payments when you subscribe to a paid plan.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel: Hosting and serverless functions.
• Stripe: Payment processing (only if you subscribe to a paid plan).
• Anthropic: AI features — club identity data and match data you submit are sent to generate coaching insights. No player personal data is sent to AI.

5. Data About Minors

MyCantera is used by youth soccer clubs that manage data about players who may be under 18. Club directors and coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental consent before entering player data. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without the involvement of their club and parents.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), Firebase security rules scoped by club, and role-based access controls. All data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase) data centers.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.
