1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyCantera (mycantera.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. MyCantera is operated by Ground Agents Solutions S.L.

2. Description of Service

MyCantera is a club management platform for youth soccer clubs. It provides tools for roster management, match tracking, training planning, team communication, AI coaching insights, and international tour planning. The platform is available as a web application and progressive web app (PWA).

3. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a club director or coach account.
• Parent and player accounts may be created by users under 18 with parental consent, facilitated through the club's invite system.
• One person may not create multiple accounts for the same club without authorization.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other clubs.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape data from the platform.
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to MyCantera (club data, player information, photos, match reports). By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

AI-generated content (training sessions, match reports, development reports) is created using your input data and is owned by you.

6. Free and Paid Plans

• The Free plan includes core club management features at no cost.
• The Pro plan includes AI-powered features and is billed monthly via Stripe.
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@mycantera.com.

7. Tour Services

MyCantera integrates with Odisea Tours (operated by Ground Agents Solutions S.L.) for international tour planning. Tour bookings, payments, and services are subject to Odisea Tours' own terms and conditions. MyCantera facilitates the connection but tour service delivery is managed by Odisea Tours.

8. AI Features Disclaimer

AI-powered features (training sessions, match reports, player development reports) are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided as suggestions only. They do not constitute professional coaching advice. Club staff should review and adapt AI outputs to their specific context. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

MyCantera is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ground Agents Solutions S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes.
