Is MyCantera built for elite academies or for grassroots clubs?
Both. The pedagogy under the hood is UEFA/KNVB/DFB-grade (tactical periodisation, four moments, four-corner player model). That makes it ambitious enough for a serious academy and clear enough that a volunteer U10 coach can run a session the right way out of the box.
We already have a game model. Does MyCantera force us to use a template?
No. You define your game model once via the Club Identity editor — philosophy, values, style sliders (possession, pressing, tempo, width), principles, and player DNA. Every AI output after that is aligned to your choices. If you're 80% possession, nothing suggests long-ball drills. If you press high, every defensive moment is framed as counter-press.
How much time does a coach save per week?
